Overview (Scope of Role)
The HR Business Partner will strive to meet the business needs as a trusted, strategic partner; acting as an employee champion and change agent. As we grow and align globally, we are creating a Shared Services model that will allow the HR Business Partner the time and bandwidth to work on the most value-added business goals while partnering with experts in other HR functions like Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and HRIS. We are seeking a passionate HRBP with a capacity for growth and change as we transform our organization. Come join us on our journey!
This will be a hybrid role with 3 days per week at our Florence, KY site and at least 1-2 days at our Louisville, KY site per month to be expected. In the first 3-6 months, there might be a few additional trips to the Louisville site required as you integrate with the team.
