1. Monitor timely shipments and administer logistics transactional movements.
2. Manage logistics changes and exceptions requiring special arrangements.
3. Identify, escalate, and resolve issues, including QN tracking and management.
4. Effectively communicate across internal and external partners, including in emergency situations.
5. Review and approve invoices, claims, and accessorial charges.
6. Manage process exceptions by mode, site, customer, country, business, etc.
7. Coordinate cleaning and maintenance if required.
8. Coaching peers, as needed and requested by leader (this will be required by more experienced LSRs)
Change the Business: 15%
Participate in very small projects, including generating reports for analysis as needed. 15%
Compliance:
Assure logistics activities are performed safely and in an environmentally conscious way. 5%
External Relationships:
Facilitate logistics service provider relationships and provide input on performance. 5%
